How are you? Take a moment. Stretch in a way that feels good. If you can, stretch your hands above your head. Twist your torso back and forth. If you’re like me, you’ve been sitting a lot more in 2020 than in previous years. It’s important to move, stretch, drink our water, eat nutritious food, and be mindful of taking care of ourselves. Sometimes, we need to be reminded of these things, especially in the hustle-bustle energy of November and December.
